We carried out a viability assessment using the Homes and Communities Agency Economic Appraisal Toolkit and made a case for zero affordable benchmarking the viability against the existing value in the commercial uses on site.

Simon Corp is the lead Director and heads the consultant team overseeing all instructions. Simon has a degree in Residential Development and 20 years experience in affordable housing development, most of this time was spent working directly for RSLs including Aldwyck, Raglan and First Wessex. Simon has traded as a consultant since 2004. His core skills are producing EAT and Three Dragons development appraisals, producing viability reports, negotiating s106 terms with Local Authorities and placing sites with RSL contacts. Simon is known and respected within the RSL world and has an excellent range of contacts.
